MPT, Inc. ("MPT", the “Company", "we", "us") provides technology used by merchants wishing to adopt a multipricing program including, without limitation, digital pricing display services, payment repricing display services, and other associated products and services, however accessed (collectively “Services”). Consumers and businesses that consider purchasing goods or services from such merchants (“Customers”) may also use the Services as part of their shopping and/or purchasing activities. Accordingly, this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) addresses merchants, Customers, and any other person who discloses Personal Information (as defined below) while directly or indirectly using the Services, visiting our website (the “Site”), registering for and/or using any mobile application we may make available (“App”), communicating with us regarding customer service inquiries, or engaging in any other interaction with us. Personal information is any information or data relating to you that may be used to identify you, either directly or indirectly, or to contact you (“Personal Information”).
Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) details the type of information we may gather from you or that you may provide to us. It also outlines our protocols and procedures related to how we gather, use, safeguard, and share your information and describes the rights you have over your information. MPT may use Personal Information in aggregated or de-identified form, so that it is no longer reasonably associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, for any business purpose. Aggregated data is derived from your personal data but is considered non-personal data under the law, as it does not directly or indirectly disclose your identity. For example, we may analyze your Services usage information in an aggregated form to determine the percentage of users accessing specific features. Such aggregated information is not considered Personal Information for purposes of this Privacy Policy and we may use it for any purpose, including but not limited to, for our internal uses, research and general marketing purposes, such as generating statistics, developing plans for promoting our Services and to better understand the audience utilizing our Services, the Site and/or an App. We may also collect certain non-personal information about your use of our Services, the Site and/or an App (e.g., to determine which pages of our Site are most popular and to improve use of the Site). We may collect IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our Services, Site and/or App, track traffic patterns, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. 10. Children’s Privacy. Our Site and App are not directed to children and we will not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to use the Site or App or to provide us with any Personal Information. Children always should get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses and phone numbers) over the Internet. If you are under 13, please do not use our Services, access the Site or App, or provide any information about yourself.
